One to one
Thirty or sixty minutes, one to three times a week, built around your goals and whatever currently hurts. Group classes are included, and most people run six to eight weeks then reassess.
New to training
Five one-on-one sessions that teach the movements before you walk into a regular class, first month of membership included. Seasoned athlete? Call us or book a No Sweat Intro. There are test-out options too.
